Ollie was born with the mission of improving the lives of pets and pet parents nationwide. We make human-grade pet food, tailored for each dog’s nutritional needs, and deliver directly to our customers’ doors. Through Ollie’s carefully crafted meals, dogs can truly live their healthiest, happiest lives.

We’re a driven pack of pet lovers who dream big and are unified by our mission to redefine what dogs eat. By putting pets first, every decision we make is influenced by our values.

Each member across our marketing team has a relentless desire to create the most transparent experience for our customers. Whether it be the candid interactions through our community management team, or the ongoing value our content team shares – we aim to empower pet parents with the right tools for raising their pup.

Ollie’s commitment to our pets — and yours — goes beyond just the meals we serve. We dish out helpful health and wellness advice, and are devoted to giving back to the canine community. We actively  donate 1% of our company revenue as food to dogs in need through rescue organizations. 

Our dog-friendly office is always a welcome space for all four-legged friends. We always stock plenty of human and dog treats to keep our team thriving.

Our priority is to create the most engaging experience for each of our customers, using whatever resources necessary to deliver on this promise. It’s common for different departments to collaborate across functions, allowing us to share our thoughts and experiences to craft unique solutions.

Our marketing team will often take customer problems and user research insights to design simple, elegant and user-centric experiences. Whether it be working with our data analytics or engineering team, we encourage each member to work collectively, delivering the best marketing assets in the industry.

We also consider our customers to be a part of the Ollie team. We’ll often interface directly with clients to brainstorm and create new concepts that drive value and increase conversions.

We’re supportive of those making the transition into parenthood and understand how important those first few months can be when adjusting to your new life. We offer 24-weeks of flexible parental leave to help you settle at your own pace.

We also offer 1-week of paw-ternity leave for new dog parents – helping you share some quality time with any new four-legged additions to the family. Each dog parent will also receive an Ollie subscription for one dog, helping them live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
