It’s common for our marketing team to collaborate with our customer success, product, engineering, and sales teams to share unique insights and solve problems together.
Internally, we also host company-wide hackathons to tap into our creativity and foster collaboration across departments. Although hackathons are traditionally tailored for development teams, we’ve found our marketing team eager to make meaningful contributions around product innovations.
We’re a close-knit team, but as Bluecore grows it can be difficult to get to know peers that we don’t work with directly. To maintain a close connection, we get to know everyone in our #donutcore channel via Slack. It pairs people together, encouraging them to meet for coffee, explore the neighborhood together, or yes, even getting a donut!

Our Ladies of Bluecore committee is a collective of women committed to tackling gender challenges at work, growing professionally, and supporting each other. The group meets monthly to discuss topics like taking charge of your career and presentation skills. They stay connected personally and professionally because together, we are better!

Our people team also manages Bluecore University. These are instructor‑led training courses that range in depth from one hour to half-day sessions on subjects like having a growth mindset, leadership frameworks, and project management skills. In our Town Halls and quarterly off-sites, leadership actively takes the time to educate our team on the state of the business, including the next stages of our innovation roadmap.
As hard as we work, we know that relaxation and self-care are critical to happiness and success. To maintain this balance, we host a myriad of company events on a regular basis. From holiday parties, trivia nights, team outings and in house social events, we love getting to know each other outside of the office.
