At TpT, the opportunities for learning are everywhere.
As a team bonded by our shared passions and beliefs, we always find time to celebrate each others company outside the office. The #AfterSchool Slack channel is the best place to organize after-hour activities between the team. Whether it be dinners or visiting our favorite classrooms, the team loves getting together to share what unites us as a whole.
Every month, a different team in the office will also host a Teacher’s Lounge. These can include anything ranging from a pumpkin-carving contest, to an office Olympics where teams represent a variety of different countries to compete for office Olympic gold.
Each year, we also enjoy a two-day company-wide camping retreat. Taking this time off together helps us unwind and reflect on the milestones we achieve as a collective.
